A confirmation email for credits and plans

After you buy AI credits or subscribe to Family or Provider, we email you what you bought, what you paid and links to your receipt and invoice — as an evidence pass already did. A credit pack now comes with an invoice too.

Coming back from paying says it worked

After subscribing you come back to Settings › Billing & plan to a thank-you, and after paying a provider by card, to one on Payments.

Refunds settle what they paid for

If a payment is refunded in full, what it paid for goes with it: an evidence pass closes (a later one for the same learner moves back by the days it hadn't used), a credit pack's unused credits are taken back, and a card payment to a provider comes off the balance. Each shows as Refunded where it's listed.

Underscores and percent signs in a search

Searching for “year_5” or “50%” used to treat the _ and % as “anything here”, so it found more than you asked for. Every search box now matches them as written — and still ignores capitals.

Class tips only if you're listed

The Tips for your classes emails now go only to providers listed on Find a class (or who claimed a listing AltEd set up). Classes you run privately, for families you know, never get them.

A shared device starts discreet for each person

If someone else turns on notifications on a phone or tablet you used, its lock screen starts with the plain line for them — Show details on the lock screen is their own choice, not carried over from yours.
