Set up your practice
Sign in with your email, choose the provider role, and set your lesson types and prices — including any volume discounts you offer.
Step 2
Invite your families
Families consent to the connection, which is what grants you access to a learner's records. Nobody's child data moves on trust alone.
Step 3
Schedule the sessions
Book sessions against a student, with recurrence for the weekly slots. They appear on the family's shared calendar the moment they exist.
Step 4
Let the ledger bill
Confirmed sessions raise their own charges from your pricing, or draw down a prepaid pack. Absences go through approval; credits go through approval; the history is shared.
Step 5
Get paid
Families settle by card through Stripe, reminders chase the stragglers, and the transaction history is there for both of you when a question comes up.
