Home education by council
Each council runs home education its own way. These pages say what yours does, from its own website, with the exam centres nearest it. We're starting with the ten councils where most children are home educated.
Find your council
We look it up with postcodes.io, from public ONS data. Nothing you type is kept.
The council that looks after home education is your county council where there is one, and otherwise your unitary, city or borough council. A town or postcode is enough to tell which.
If we've written a page for it, you go straight there. If not, we name it and say where to look.
